Welcome!


Hello and welcome! I’m Tori, a yoga teacher based in Yorkshire, passionate about helping people move, breathe, and feel their best.


Whether I’m teaching yoga in Leeds, North Yorkshire, or at retreats and wellness events across the UK, my goal is always the same: to create classes and sessions that are accessible, nourishing, and fun.


Yoga doesn’t always have to be so serious. My main aim is to help you get out of your head and gently drop into your body and heart, moving in a way that feels good, supportive, and real. My classes are welcoming and relaxed, with space to breathe, soften, and simply be yourself.


This blog is a place where I’ll be sharing yoga, busting yoga myths, mindfulness practices, and a little behind the scenes of life as a Yorkshire yoga teacher, including travel adventures and discovering inspiring yoga spots along the way.

I teach gentle yoga, restorative movement, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that fit easily into daily life — whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. From corporate events and hen parties to retreats and wellness festivals, I love helping people find calm, connection, and clarity through yoga.

Outside of classes, I love to travel and explore unique yoga spots around the world - bringing inspiration from my adventures back to my students in Yorkshire. I’ll be sharing everything here on this blog: yoga tips, mindfulness practices, wellness ideas, and stories from my travels to inspire your own practice.
