My Journey
My yoga journey began over eight years ago, when I was just trying to ease the shoulder and neck pain that came with long days in a London office - sitting at a desk, commuting, and feeling constantly on the go. Over time, my practice became so much more, a way to move, breathe, and feel more grounded in everyday life. Now I love helping others find that same sense of connection, strength, and calm through their own practice.

Over the years, yoga has taught me the power of slowing down, listening to my body, and creating space for both movement and stillness. It’s become my anchor, a way to reconnect when life feels busy, to find clarity when things feel uncertain, and to cultivate kindness toward myself and others. My mat has always been a time out from the rest of the world, a moment for me for to come back to myself.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me on my family farm in Yorkshire, where we sometimes host workshops and retreat days, I am so grateful to call it home.
I absolutely love travelling and discovering yoga spots along the way. I’m always inspired by new classes, teachers, and styles.
I truly believe yoga is for everyone. A practice of coming home to yourself, just as you are.

My Approach
I teach mindful and accessible yoga in Yorkshire, blending movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help manage stress and support overall wellbeing.
My classes focus on functional movement and inclusive guidance, encouraging students to explore how yoga feels in their own unique bodies.
I’m passionate about making yoga welcoming for every body and ability, helping students improve posture, build strength, and move through life with greater ease.
Each session is designed to leave students feeling balanced, centred, and connected, with practical yoga tools to use both on and off the mat.
